~Shipping throughout the United States~

Your animal will be shipped to your nearest FedEx Hub via MorphMarket or RedLine Shipping. They utilize FedEx Priority Overnight shipping for delivery the next business day. In the rare instance you would like me to ship your animal to your home, live arrival guarantee will be void.

Shipping is available Tuesdays & Wednesdays, weather permitting.

Please note that shipping costs are not included in the overall price of your animal. The purchaser is responsible for paying any shipping fees.

Animals must be picked up within the day of delivery. In the rare event that your animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will only reimburse or send out a replacement of equal or higher value if you have contacted us within 1 hour of the animals arrival (based on carriers delivery timestamp). We will require photos & a video of the unboxing, do not dispose of anything. If you’re unable to provide this information, we will no longer be able to provide a reimbursement or replacement, the live arrival guarantee will be void.

Once you have the animal, they will be in your control and we are not responsible for improper husbandry. We are always open to questions, but if something serious arises please take it to your local reptile vet.

We, Emerald Exotics LLC, are not responsible for delays in shipping. On-time and Live Arrival Insurance claims are handled through the shipping agency.
