Shipping throughout the United States

Your animal will be shipped to your nearest FedEx Hub or UPS Hub through MorphMarket. These carriers utilize priority overnight shipping for delivery the next business day.
Please be aware, I do not under any circumstances ship to your home. this is within the best interest of the animals.
Shipping is available Monday through Wednesday, weather permitting.

Animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the animals arrival, or within 1 hour of your hub opening (based on FedEx/UPS delivery timestamp).
We are not responsible for delays in shipping. Examples include; severe weather, Emergency’s, Natural Disasters etc. On-time and Live Arrival Insurance claims are handled through the shipping agency.

Weather:

Safety is my biggest priority with all my animals. I will hold your animal free of charge until the weather is safe to ship.

I will not ship if the high at my location & the destination location is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit or above 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

40 degrees & below - No shipping. 95 degrees & above - No shipping.

This is non negotiable.

If you’ve sent a deposit or full payment then you agree to everything stated in this policy.
