We retain the authority to deny sales to any individual or entity for any reason

Health guarantee:

We offer a 3-day health guarantee for our animals, provided that proper husbandry is maintained. Proof of adequate care will be required, including photographs of the animal’s enclosure and detailed information regarding its care; Including proof of illness from a licensed reptile veterinarian within the 3-day guarantee period.

Once the animal is transferred from our custody, we are unable to control its environment or provide care, making prompt communication of any concerns essential. Should your animal fail to acclimate or exhibit unusual behavior, immediate contact with us is necessary. Failure to address concerns within the 3-day guarantee period absolves us of any liability regarding the animal’s health.
Please be aware, we’re not responsible for any veterinarian expenses or bills. Once the animal has left our care, they become your sole responsibility.

All sales are final, and we cannot take any animal back due to the safety of our animals that currently reside here

Dead On Arrival (DOA):

In the rare event that your animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will only reimburse or send out a replacement of equal or higher value if you have contacted us within 1 hour of the animals arrival, or within 1 hour of your hub opening (based on FedExs/UPS delivery timestamp).
We will require photos & videos of the unboxing, do not dispose of anything. If you’re unable to provide that information, we will no longer be able to provide a reimbursement or replacement and your live arrival guarantee will be void.
Once you have the animal, they will be in your control and we are not responsible for improper husbandry.
We are always open to questions, but if something serious arises please take it to your local exotic reptile veterinarian.

Animal Photography:

The photographs presented accurately depict the animals for sale, without any alterations. While the images serve as representations of the animals’ structures, it is important to note that the color may vary due to factors such as lighting, camera settings, and display devices. Animals are described to the best of our ability in sales posts, including any defects (such as nips, missing toenails, etc.) and genetic details.

Before making a purchase, we strongly recommend that buyers carefully examine the provided photographs and raise any questions or concerns they may have.

Gender identification:

The sex of animals aged 1 to 4 months is not guaranteed. We assume no liability and will not provide refunds or exchanges if the dragon you receive is of the incorrect gender or is opposite of what you desired. Our assessments are based on our best understanding and observations.

We categorize a bearded dragon as male if we discern two distinct bulges, while we categorize it as female if we do not perceive such bulges. All of these factors will be noted in the dragon’s description prior to your purchase. We endeavor to provide the most accurate information possible in such situations

Communication:

Failure to respond promptly, including failing to make a timely deposit or payment to secure the animal, will result in its sale to the first individual who expresses interest and makes a deposit or payment.
There will be no holds unless payment has been made. In the event of no response, you may be banned from purchasing from my business, which is at my discretion.
